I’m actually super fucking sick of fitness career people talking about how easy it is to eat healthy and workout every day a day being a glowing fitness goddess.
It’s unrealistic and so time consuming to do so and I’m fully here to support everyone in regular jobs that are just doing their damn best to make good life choices!
